Joan Pastor Obituary

Joan Goerig Pastor, age 91, of Fairfield, wife of the late Louis Pastor, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 27, 2023.

Born in Bridgeport on March 18, 1932, daughter of the late Charles and Esther Rummage Goerig, Joan had been a Fairfield town resident for nearly 60 years. Joan enjoyed the times that she spent on the beach, cooking, knitting and more than anything, loved being with her family.

Joan is survived by her sons, Stephen Pastor and his wife Yvonne of Yardley, Pennsylvania and Martin Pastor and his wife Beth of Hanover, New Hampshire, grandchildren, Philip Pastor and his wife Emily, and Michael and Meredith Pastor, great grandsons Teddy and Jack as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Susan.
