Kimberly Palmer Obituary

Kimberly Siegfried Palmer departed this world way too soon on February 28th, at Yale Hospital with her family by her side. Just past her 50th birthday.

She is survived by her mother, Catherine Zelich, her husband, Scott Palmer and his son Jake, her sister, Michele Corey and her husband, Shannon, and their son, Kim's nephew and favorite person, Wyatt. Plus an uncle, aunt, cousins, half siblings, and numerous chosen sisters and dear friends. Not to mention her cat babies, which were her life, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, and Bighead.

Kim had several jobs in her early years, going through culinary school, but later found her passion doing home health care as a CNA. She loved her clients, and they loved her. Kim was a strong supporter of the military and veterans. She served as Chaplin, and Recording Secretary, and is a life member of the VFW Post 591 Auxillary in Wallingford. As well as a member of American Legion Post 73 Wallingford. For those who knew Kim, you know what a loss this truly is for us all. Kim lit up a room, and was always the life of the party. All who met her, were best friends within minutes. From her jokes, to her dancing, and the infamous bottle on her head trick, Kim always had something up her sleeve to make people laugh and smile. Her own smile and laugh were infectious.

Those who knew Kim would know she would be more happy with a party. So a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 2-6 pm at the East End Yacht Club, 104 Bay St., Bridgeport, CT. Kim was a lover of all animals, so in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Animal Haven Animal Rescue in North Haven. Arrangements in the care of the Frank Polke & Son Funeral Home.

Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
How do you know Kimberly A. Palmer?
